If you know this about all these "penny dreadfuls" one begs the question " why invest in them"? Sell mate sell. You clearly don't understand how much management have achieved in a short time. In my view if management are incentivised then they are going to kick goals. All they got were shares. It's not like they have cleaned out the bank account. The shares only have value if they build the business and building the business they are doing.
