    Would they aquire NMT or just takeover the rest of MT Marion? They have 1.3 billion people to use as cheap labour in China so I don't think NMT tech is of interest to them, they just need lithium.

    Would shareholders be interested in a takeover & what would be an acceptable price per share?

    Surely it would have to pass some kind of Australian government regulation first.
