Hmmmm... picked it up on Twitter & was free access but now there is a paywall.
Essentially a Canadian based major (32%) share holder of SQM is being forced to sell to meet the corporate requirements of a merger with another company.
The number of bidders for their stake, as well as the price they are willing to pay is seen as expected to be watched closely as a barometer for the Lithium sector investment outlook.
