A certain Queensland Superfund that recently became public offer has a % based admin fee (ie no minimum fee) and a permanent opt out of insurance.
Worth noting that funds must provide insurance cover for MySuper members, but they also must provide for opting out of the cover.
Given the income level the LISC will refund contributions tax. Co-contribution also can help for low incomes but requires after tax contribution from the memeber which sometimes isnt possible on low incomes. Perhaps Dad could help in this regard
