    It would be interesting to see how any confidentiality agreements line up with both disclosure and listing rules on either exchange and what takes precedence. If it was all confidential then how they would manage any insider trading issues?

    A great example of the appalling state in ASX disclosures is GSW atm.
    It all needs a damn good clean up.
