All it is, is Nor doing what's best to stretch things a bit longer than initially expected until the big 4 bank deal (and others) is finalised, avoiding any further dilution at currnt lows.
It should make it appear extremely likely things are about to happen that will see a significantly increased share price in the very near term, and the raise will after good news that was expected by now.
If things weren't happening very soon, they would be raising by now.

Anyway.. maybe we are finally in for a good month. Can't wait to see the big 4, which will be Nor finally proving themselves with a big bastard.
How things will change when it does happen, how confidence will improve!
Some nice buys last week at a nervous time for most of us, hopefully signalling things are very close.
