If you can explain how an ex-AFL footy player develops software for a few million dollars that is not eminently reverse-engineerable by any medium to large companies, then buy the stock ears pinned back.
The reality is that the software is likely "fluff". Not to say it can't add value, it probably can, just to say that the value it adds can probably be copied by anyone paying attention, hence "fluff" denomination. Hence the big attrition rate in clients.
Bulls this stock post why it can't be copied so easily, and why this justifies > cash backing especially since cash at risk with possible institutional claw back.
