Ann: Part 2 of Inside Market Interview with 4DS Chairman, page-33

My question is this though - I understand IMEC and its importance for coming out with a "cookbook" on how its done, but, whats to stop other companies with their own FAB doing a deal with 4DS in the meantime and doing a chip with them to jump the gun on their competitors. Jim said in an interview i watched that they were moreso headed into the space of the Cloud/blockchain etc, but, what if Mr. Samsung wanted to get the jump on Mr. Apple here and do a chip themselves in the meantime according to the specs they want? Is this a possibility even?
