You don't know that he isn't a genius is enough for a "hold" the stock for you. Seriously?
The problem is that the IT solution here is very likely "fluffy".
That means in IT-speak that its good features can be replicated by reverse engineering. Big companies can go on free trial of fluff and take the little bits they like and then not extend the trial.
The cash receipts are of course piddling for fluff. They are tiny here at $160,000.
The serious question for any bull GSW is to explain why the software can't be reverse engineered, why its not just fluff.
