As they say its a two-way street ... window dressing happens on the way down and hopefully in this instance, always on the way up. As those doing it may have loaded up at lower prices, they would be keen to see the price trend upwards from here and as such will look to prop up the price at end of day to make the chart look strong.

In any case, a strong day for FLC on the back of a strong Friday. If the strong buying continues, it could spur a break-out as those sitting on the sidelines will want to get back in before it gets back into the 60's and 70's.. with 85 cents a key target to hit in 2018.
