unfortunately sirrobbo you can't achieve much when the full commission has only just been established a couple of weeks ago.... effectively, as i see it, all of the waiting time before this was established is effectively in vein.... it is now this has been established that progress can be made... of course, don't expect too much immediately out of something so new.

but, the building blocks have now at least been laid.
