There are 3 payment options.
1. Customer pays BIG upfront the $12k
2. The customer pays FCC $12k in monthly instalments
3. The customer agrees to open an account with FCC and get a line of credit, and in return FCC "sponsors" that customer so they get a free video (and FCC pay BIG $10k)
The most interesting thing about that AFR snippet is that it suggests that the FCC discount on the sale is 20%. I see why BIG is considering undertaking its own financing - that's expensive!
