Pretty simple, isn't it: In 3 months time AUZ will be worth a helluva lot more than 12c. Why wouldn't SK buy their shares then at 12c?

Conversely, if all falls to pieces and SP totally tanks, everyone, including us, has a helluva lot of egg on our face; and yes, SK, are likely to walk away.

Now just ask yourself: Why would a behemoth like that allow a critical supplier that they absolutely need (remember, we will be providing a huge part of a scarce resource that they need and cannot readily get from others for a super mission critical segment of their business, where major growth will come from), let it fail? Absolutely not! They have not gotten to where they are through failures, but focused, razor sharp, disciplined, driven execution. I'm excited for SK to be part of us. Let's rock! SK's success is our success. Win win.
