I'm concern. Some news site mention this move as "hostile takeover". Given that there's 90% minimum acceptance condition, will Red 5 be successful in this move?
Or maybe they do not really intend to takeover after all. Open gambit as someone said.
Not going to put high hopes in this move, as this company's fundamental is good enough for me at the moment anyways.
