Do Acacia really have much of a choice here? They are haemorrhaging cash due to this export ban. All the TZ Govt/Chinese investors have to do and sit back and wait this out. I'm sure the Chinese will get these assets for great prices too; considering they have great leverage.
The initial announcement only indicates interest for their 3 largest mines; But I don't see why Acacia wouldn't walk from TZ completely, nor why the Chinese wouldn't want a piece of Nyanzaga.
