The company is trading at 8 month highs with a lot of buying support. So I think it's a well timed cap raise from a shareholder perspective...... we'd all be pretty peeved if this happened a couple of months back.

I wonder if they'll tack on an extra retail element to it.

According to the article there is still $7 million to go somewhere else other than debt repayment. I wonder what it is for?

@eshmun A CR at no discount to the 10 VWAP is not bad for long term shareholders. Hasn't the constant complaint about DRM been that it has too much debt?
