    Under who's radar? You mean when TV2U flat out lied about the successful launch? Obviously they knew about the regulatory issues then as shown by the app being removed from the app store before the launch and people being pointed to a website to download the apk as an alternative. Piss-poor behaviour. Credibility was well and truly lost at that point. If I had a sentiment I'd say to run, run far away and never look back.
