Option 1 - why would 95% not be able to afford it? where did you get that figure from exactly? SME's often actually make money (who knew?!!), so to say 95% can't is a little cockeyed - you have quite literally made that number up.

Option 2 - we know they offer monthly payments options. they are very open about this. It is also factored into their revenue streams - remember that $9m in deferred revenue from last year? That's what that is. Happy to be corrected, but I very clearly remember that SP drop last year because of this...

Option 3 - yes we know this is happening, but we have no idea how many clients opt for this...I'm guessing its not 95%. At least I admit I am guessing.

Option 4 - you literally made that up.
