Ann: Response to ASX Aware Letter, page-41

I am more bullish and positive after this response.

1. Ingram Canada wouldn't sign agreement unless they are confident they can sell at least 10,000 systems.

2. Digicel own projection far exceed 1000 they committed. Monthly fees are higher in Caribbean indicating larger system installs with more sensors and show of confidence in our solution.

3. Rizon appeared quite bullish with their own projection. Fantastic

This response excludes what Ingram USA, Global and Telstra is going to bring. Hopefully Telstra to be announced in few weeks. And more MO deals in other parts on cards in next few months.

Future seems brighter than ever.
