The C.P. is largely a positive to the deal imo.
Working with SK on the BFS will be a further investment by them in the process. There's nothing overbearing and sundown clauses keep things moving which I really like - and banks love.
Insty's won't rush at this and may wait for the BFS as the risk / reward will plot more to their liking from there... but plenty of wholesale buyers will get involved in the coming weeks. They'll let a few weak hands shake out first of course... but 12c for 12 months is fanciful at best. The way I see it anyway.
