My guess is that the "positive" DSO update will be that that paperwork A, B and C is now finalised and lodged and notarised with the Indonesian government.

Given all paperwork is now lodged and finalised, DSO approval is imminently expected.

The DSO won't actually be approved, just paperwork lodged.

Think about it, DSO is price sensitive, if GMC had any indication with certainty that it was coming ("positive update"), then by way of complying with ASX listing rules this news would need to be disclosed right away.
