I am sorry but I cannot agree with your census that the issue are contractual rather than regulatory. In my mind there was a clear identification that CCS TV did not have a license to provide media content for OTT which as a result caused termination of the contract. Can you please elaborate on how you arrived at your conclusion that it was not regulatory??
