Seeing as you've ducked the question, I'll ask you again.
How can you say that ICI is a certainty to resume trading?
In my opinion this is a completely false and misleading statement, knowing that a high court hearing is coming up and could possibly run for a lengthy period of time and/or result in adverse findings against ICI.
Do you have insider information or is this another made up statement?
