I bailed out immediately after I read the class action articles, but unfortunately didn't see them straight away so I only managed to salvage $1.115 instead of approximately $1.25. Hindsight is a wonderful thing and in retrospect I should have gotten out when the 50% bounce after yesterday's opening occurred, but at the time I thought there may have been a chance of matching the $1.65 last traded in the US. I might look for a suitable re-entry point, because despite the class action I don't think GSW is dead and I believe in the product. First of all the dust needs to settle. The class action is imo not a certainty to succeed, but might generate a settlement offer that will significantly impact on GSW's bank balance with which to deliver on its current contracts. I haven't looked into the latest on GSW today outside of the announcement of the pending class action, so perhaps there is further information I need to absorb to better understand where the company is at.
