Sorry to hear the lower price you got but glad anyway you pulled the plug. I had posted here before that the first bell was the worst time to sell - same thing at BUD today - but once intraday optimism comes back it was time to go. We still qualify for class action whether or not we hold the shares if bought during the specified period. Yes i believe the other stock will go this way too as it is more serious but there are still lots of advocates there so still a chance to get a decent price before a likely smash.
