Yeah this is... Suboptimal to say the least.

What did the CS see that scared them off?

I get the change in auditors causing the suspension. But why the change in the first place?

Having been an auditor I can only assume there was a disagreement on treatment of something?

Side note, could this be the major shareholder lining up to make a takeover offer of the company? Or do they even need to if they have this much control?
