As far as I can see that August 2017 presentation did not give any definite time lines for those steps yet you seem to be listing them as failures only 6 months later. Whilst I would have loved 1 or 2 of them to have come good in that time frame I did not really expect such a quick result. Try giving it another 6 months and you might get me on side unless good reasons for no result were forthcoming.
