Ambit PCRA Infusion pump, general-purpose
Upon removal of the catheter, the catheter broke and the tip remains insitu of the patient.

Arcomed - Infusion Pump, Volumetric
Pump was found to be delivering fluids at significantly greater rate than had been set. The infusion rate was set at 83 ml/hr, the pump delivered fluids at approximately 200 ml/hr.
