Other parties had the opportunity to ask for the same information that FAR has ask for before the original 30 day period was up. They didn’t and happily waved away their ability to PE the sale, pretty simple in my view.
Even when FAR get the additional information they are seeking, or the favorable ruling from Arbitration, I think there is zero chance the other JV partners will have the ability to jump back in and PE the sale.
You are so biased STH, pointless having any discussion with you as your desperation for WPL to keep the asset removes any logic from the debate.
