It would be fair to assume based on ML's babble, that 60c had been offered some time ago and it didn't cut it.
You will agree that 44c will materialise before the big move, for the performance rights to be awarded.A small retrace -as per usual- thereafter, for the premium to be placed.
Everybody loves nice round numbers. A 100% premium on 40c gives 80c and that will cut it nicely for all. Holders that have long been sitting on the sidelines and buyers being given a semi-JORC proven massive resource with huge upside.

Your 65c estimate is simply inadequate and unsubstantiated. It also is one of many.

Mine - at least - touches upon some reality points and has been consistent.
