I certainly did think at first the announcement outlining to 'players', shorts, DT'ers..

then the market

oh....and last but not least, the retail shareholders....where the issue of performance shares 'subject to shareholders approval' yet is a done deal.....

signalled + 34, 40 & 44 cent growth.. (well, for a 10 day minimum at least)

Now, I think it's more a shot across the bow to the 'players' to hurry up and make a counter offer as time is running out.

Mind you, paying and extra 15 million to take out AVZ with "Management" support is but a small price to pay in the scheme of things.....however maybe??? CATL in closed doors discussions with Huayou (insert whatever Chinese Coy's fit's) want to save more than 15 mil....ie: takeout @ 65 cents.

The 'capping' that is current...... "at or about" 28.5 cents..... has occurred for more consecutive days post "Management performance share announcement", which can't be said for the clock starting on the first tranche trigger of 34cents...

Point being.... A 100% premium on 40 cents is 80 cents, which you say will cut it nicely for all (me included).....loooooooong way to go for that...... even after Monday's "mother load intercept"

So, the only 'challenge' I say... is out of the Two scenario’s, mine and yours is..Right now.... You'd be hard pressed to "debate" your touching more "reality points"
