Great result.
What is particularly pleasing is how clean the result is. No excuses, abnormals etc. Excellent recruitment result and solid progress on head office costs. Also promising comments on a new training contract in Vic, and overall positive comments on the training business. I suspect that given no dividend RS is shifting his focus from clean up to growth, so wouldn't be surprised to see some M&A soon.
Overall at 18c this is dirt cheap at EV/EBITDA <4x and P/E at ~6 for a capital light company, so we should be in for a solid run over next few days.
