This is very exciting, I can imagine they will put in a very strong bid. The article on the 19th mentions Nimble is believed to be worth in the region of 100m. As per the half year presentation there is about 100m headroom in CCP's debt facilities currently, with that increasing throughout FY18. This is for 'opportunities as they arise', and I can imagine with Aus debt buying a tough place to be right now, Nimble is a compelling opportunity.
There a several slides in the H1FY18 presentation that outline the growth in Wallet Wizard and the competitive advantages CCP have in the segment, not least the effective in-house database and collections division, lower rates and corporate scale. Slides 9-13 detail the lending business as it stands.

For instance, although medium term interests rates are the same, Nimble has a $400 establishment fee which Wallet Wizard does not! Wallet Wizard also offers much cheaper 'small loans' as Nimble puts it. This is a big competitive advantage and I can Imagine CCP will be able to out bid and still generate good returns unlike the other buyers which don't share the same advantages as CCP.
