If it turns out they've lied about the finance structure & it's a Ponzi scheme after all.. Or, if there is no growth.. Unlikely in either case, but that's all I can think of at the moment.
As for clarification, I'm pretty sure the asx will cover off everything that we need to know.. They will want to be thorough after what's happened with GSW.
