One of the questions I'd like answered regardless of how the FCC arrangements pan out is how tightly are we linked to them and can whatever it is that we have in place with them be broken without punitive damages? 2041 was referenced, but is that like having a 25 year mortgage which can be paid out /exited early if that is deemed to be in BIG's best interest? I suspect we can get away from FCC should we want to, but I'd just like to have that confirmed.
An unrelated question: Is BIG allowed to release market updates whilst in suspension? I'm not suggesting I'd want them to by-the-way.
