Yeah get this as it was in the announcement but you raise like this and give an easy out to these investors, and you need a better story to ensure they dont sell into 0.5c and take the free options. They need to elaborate on the strategy, provide clarity on the cr use with timelines etc. Otherwise, what's stopping them? No escrow provisions, no carrot to hold onto them. Heck I'd sell out straight away and be glad to take however many million free options at 1c exercise. It wasn't rocket science that this would be the reaction. Just very disappointed in management.
