Sorry for lack of time for my homework; if anyone could help me regarding the information that when are we getting US$3,500,000 from Mongolian asset sale (also are we getting 80% of US$3.5 million)? or where can I find it. Thanks heaps

The material terms of the Share Sale Agreement are detailed below:
- On the date that is 12 months from the first date that proceeds from the sale or
other disposition of product from the Selenge Project are received, the Buyer will pay the Company US$3,500,000.
