In answer to your question and imo this is partially why we have seen the annoucement regarding the BIG hugs as the revenue from existing customers fell from Q1 to Q2 so its good to see management not just recognising this but also taking appropriate action instead of sitting on their hands or sleeping behind the wheel.

As what has been mentioned a number of times here and that is Australia is seen as the test market and proof on concept that the business works. The much BIGGER picture is the US market. If the US market is a success then imho then Australia and most western countries will follow suit.
