With the proposed developments and announced developments in the pipeline the state is already nearly on target to reach that goal. What he announced just rounds it up to a round figure.

I think what they are saying is if Labor is re-elected they will pursue the same direction with a few extra subsidies to encourage private investment.
A lot of the present, past and some of the future projects in the State have been beneficiaries of the Federal renewable target scheme along with the other renewable federal fund that hands out non-commercial loans.
