paragraph 6 says " Each distribution and re-seller agreement entered into by the Company has a one year term"

Now having re-re-read Paragraph 35(b) which says

"the Company engaged in extensive discussions with Ingram Micro Canada in respect to Ingram Micro Canada's requirements, being that the Ingram Micro organisation will not enter into an arrangement with an enterprise product vendor if, based on its internal projections, it could not sell at least 10,000 units of that product"

I now believe looking at 6 and 35(b) that Ingram Micro CANADA believes it can sell 10,000 OHM's in ONE year. (Faaark!)

I believe that The Ingram Micro Organisation makes the policy and the divisional offices adhere to it. I'd reckon Ingram Micro Canada would have had to convince the Ingram Micro Organisation that Ingram Micro CANADA can clear 10,000 units / year.
