I would hope they would keep some sort of large minority interest (maybe 20%) in the project for the exploration upside, as well as access to the plant for future assets to put tonnes through. I can't imagine they'd like to build a second plant if Croziers etc end up being something.

Alternatively selling Kalkaroo outright could help enable them to explore into other possible sites which could be used as copper feed sold to Wanbao to extend and maintain production as grades decline?

I think management see more value in Muturoo then in Kalkaroo, although Kalkaroo is a great asset, with a lot of potential upside. But given our position beggers can't be choosers and if we do get some decent money then this can go to Muturoo project, along with exploration of that IOCG which could be a real game changer.
