Very positive news, 10% is a strong shareholding, Thorney / Alex Waislitz (the controlling mind behind TIGA / Thorney) are very astute value investors who typically buy on a 2-3 year time frame.
For me, the most positive takeaway is that they clearly aren't bothered by the departure of Gavin Great, and given the size of the parcel they acquired its likely that a block trade of his 18m shares was organised and placed with TIGA
