"The scheme proposes that MSD acquires 100 percent of the issued shares in Viralytics.
Implementation of the scheme will be subject to customary conditions including, VLA
shareholder approval, court approval, regulatory approval, an independent expert
concluding and continuing to conclude, that the scheme is in the best interest of
shareholders and no material adverse change or prescribed event occurring.”

I agree with general sentiment expressed on HC that the offer price undervalues the stock.
Anyway long way to go yet.
