Whilst i dont see anything wrong with the fc product im starting to think that it may have got out of control very quickly. Id like to know what internal processes have been set for sales staff and back office to ensure video acceptance , thereby completing the sale. I dont have a problem with a company booking fwd revenue but only in circumstances where the customer has signed the deal.
