Hi David, i think it is the increase in building capacity in S2 by a further 4MW.
The utilisation chart on page 14 of the presentations is my favorite graphic of the whole presentation. Even with the increase in capacity (B2 and M2). The contract utilisation as % of capacity went up from 88% to 90%.
This tells me NXT can't build quick enough to keep up with demand.
As some analysts have pointed out increases in capacity is the best indicator of future revenue/profits. I believe S2 will be one of our most profitable data centures. The ramp up in utilisation already looks strong.
