given they are in the business of making videos, I would argue they are adept at creating value from the videos themselves. A montage in itself may not be valuable (or you may not feel it is), but bear in mind thats one example - they could use it many times if they wish.
I am not an auditor, but I do work with media auditors & client procurement teams on regular basis - from that experience, they tend to lack understanding of value of this kind of thing because its not tangible - and I agree, its hard to put a $ value against them - but value comes in many ways, to different people.
Some may want cheap and value a saving, some may not mind paying a premium for quality as they value the quality, some may see being the first in market to test a product / opportunity as value, others may sit back and wait for case studies.
