Excellent results. Looks like the virtuous cycle of increased sales and development profits providing recycled capital for reinvestment while rental income and valuations rise is coming to fruition. If they can keep away from capital raising then this will be a great stock for capital appreciation and rising dividends.
ps. what happened with the share price today - Opens $2.76 touched $2.90 but then back to $2.67 all within a couple of hours ?
