There are only two possibilities (that I'm aware of): abiogenesis or creation.
Antitheists, and probably most atheists, believe that theism is harmful and that theists are deluded and mentally ill because they believe in something they can't see and touch and which is not explained by our currently known natural laws.
Yet they quite happily accept the fanciful suggestion that carbon atoms, plus a few other elements, combined completely spontaneously to form primitive life, which then just randomly developed into incredibly complex organisms called human beings plus a multitude of other organisms, without any apparent external driving force. No delusion involved there is there?

It seems that by comparing your beliefs in this manner with those of "anti-theists", you are acknowledging that your theist beliefs are as fanciful and delusional as you believe those of "anti-theists" are.
