Valuation is inherently hard, which is what also provides opportunities for investors.
Multiples are much worse again than NPV. FMGs result compared to the prior period bears that out
The key uncertainty on NPV for FMG isn't any of the mechanical factors you mention above (discount rates don't vary much, no one uses terminal value on resources, modelling is done without inflation etc), it is benchmark price and FMGs price realisation.
At the current share price FMG is either an absolute steal or terribly over-valued.
No one knows the answer at this point.
