    Being new to share trading in general can someone please tell me with this share sale plan;
    A) Does this mean until close of offer shares will not trade over .004?

    B) How long do you have to have held shares for to take advantage of this offer?

    C) Can you sell existing holdings held once paid and subscribed for share sale?
